1. Who we are

Kabul Mandawi is Afghanistan's online marketplace, letting customers buy groceries, gifts and essential products for delivery across Kabul. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are charged in US dollars; Afghani amounts shown are approximate. Your payment is collected at checkout and held under our Wallet Hold system until delivery is confirmed with photo proof. An order is accepted once payment is received.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver in Kabul only. You are responsible for providing accurate receiver details (name, phone, address). We will make reasonable attempts to contact the receiver; if delivery cannot be completed, the order is refunded under our Refund Policy.

4. Custom requests

Custom requests are quotations, not orders. No payment is taken until you accept a quotation, at which point it becomes an order under these terms.

5. Your account

You must keep your login details safe and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Changes and contact
