1. What we collect
Your account details (name, email, phone, country), the receiver details you provide for delivery (name, phone, address in Afghanistan), your order history, and messages you send to support.
2. How we use it
Only to run the service: fulfilling and delivering orders, sending order confirmations and receipts, answering support requests, and preventing fraud. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers. Your card number never touches our servers and we never store it.
4. Who can see receiver details
Our procurement and delivery staff see receiver details only as needed to purchase and deliver your order. Delivery proof photos are visible to you and to our staff.
5. Security and retention
Data is stored encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access is role-restricted. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution.
6. Your rights
You can view and update your details in your dashboard, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@kabulmandawi.com.
